Ilias O. Pappas

Ilias O. Pappas (Collaborator) is Professor of Information Systems at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology and the University of Agder. His research focuses on how artificial intelligence can be designed and used in ways that align with human needs and values, with a particular interest in human–AI collaboration and co-creation. He has published extensively in leading journals such as the European Journal of Information Systems, Information Systems Journal, and Human Relations, and has played a leading role in large-scale interdisciplinary research initiatives on AI and creativity.
