Terri L. Griffith

Terri L. Griffith (Co-Investigator) is the Keith Beedie Chair in Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Simon Fraser University. Her research examines how individuals and organizations understand, adopt, and work with new technologies. She has made foundational contributions to the study of sociotechnical systems, particularly in relation to how people make sense of and integrate emerging technologies into their work. Her work has been published in premier outlets including Organization Science, MIS Quarterly, and the Academy of Management Review, and she has held senior editorial roles at several of these journals.
